Fear is So Yesterday

Fear is always counseling you against the perils of 'now' because of something that happened 'once before'.

Yesterday might be a nice place to visit, but only fear wants to live there. The next time fear calls out to you, face it squarely and remind it gently that you no longer choose to live in the past and it can't live in the present. Then bless it and let it go.

Always be aware that fear needs the past to survive. And always be aware that you are loved beyond measure
