Food for Thoughts

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:5-6)  listen to chapter  (Read by Max McLean. Contentment

Have you seen some people who have a lot in life and yet feel not enough? Smart people and high achievers yet feel not good enough? The secret is the art of contentment. To be satisfied with what you have, not to compare. Looking for more, yet not getting stress over it. Contentment means to make do with whatever you have and be thankful about it.

Chemistry

Chemistry between two persons is very subjective and inexplanable. While efforts can be made, there are times that it just doesn't work. Of course, there are some which endure times and turn up to be good and better. Time will tell..so long we don't give up or shut off...don't you agree?

Moving On

Finally, the time has come to move on. I remember the day when I first stepped in here, I heard God's voice that it would be one year. Without realising, time flies. Without consciously seeking, opportunities knocked at my door. With lots of analysing and analysing, finally, I took up the step of faith...stepping out. Mixed feelings? Definitely. Well, it's always difficult to step out of comfort zone. But it will be again a bigger pants to wear. A free zone in between that I can perform and enjoy.

Incidentally, it's a season that I am stepping out of comfort zone. Nervous, yes. Performance orientated spirit..not so heavy now. I think so long I know I have given my best, that's the most important. Can't fulfil expectation of other people.
